Expect to be moved by love and compassion as you join us in Mozambique to minister with Global Awakening and Iris Ministries for our most unique trip. In war-torn, poverty-stricken Mozambique, Rolland and Heidi Baker, leaders of Iris Ministries, experience God’s miraculous provision and witness heart transformations in the midst of life or death situations.
They have seen over a million souls come to Jesus, including entire communities, some located in Muslim provinces. Over 10,000 churches have been planted, over 100 people have been raised from the dead, and 5,000 children have been adopted into their network of churches and children’s centers. In addition, Iris is committed to the training of indigenous pas¬tors and missionaries.
Randy Clark first met Heidi over a decade ago in Toronto, where he gave her a powerful prophetic word that continues to shake her and the nation. Since the day that Randy prophesied over her, the relationship between Randy and the Bakers keeps growing for the Kingdom. Randy says, “She is the most passionate woman for God’s presence and face that I have ever met. She is the Protestant ‘Mother Teresa’.”
This trip provides many opportunities to have your faith stretched as you serve alongside Iris Ministry staff at their main base in Pemba on the beautiful Indian Ocean. You will get to participate in caring for orphans, training and equip¬ping the saints, feeding the poor, ministering to the widows, and even going into the “bush-bush” to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have never heard it before.

In 1999 Will walked into the basement of a church not knowing why he was there. That night the Holy Spirit reached out and grabbed him by the heart and he was never the same. Since then Will and his wife Musy have traveled and ministered with Bob Bradbury, Randy Clark and Rolland and Heidi Baker. Will's call is to take the simplicity of the gospel and power of the Holy Spirit wherever he goes. Whether it is the jungles of Congo or the streets of Thailand, he is expectant and confident in the Holy Spirit showing up in power. |
