I attended the pastors’ conference in Eluru (Jan 27-30, 2007), and I was especially blessed by the teaching on the healing prayer model. This seems to confirm some of the things God has been speaking to me—thank you for the verses and examples you supported your points with. Another important thing that I learned from the conference is how to recognize it when God is giving me words of knowledge and words of wisdom, how this gift helps us in ministry, and also how to share words we receive and use them in praying for people.

I learned so many spiritual truths and practical things at this pastors’ conference. I learned how to heal the sick, how to approach people in public, meet them, and eventually pray for their needs, and how to incorporate more of the prophetic into my ministry. I really enjoyed these four days. I left with more faith that God could use me to do signs and wonders.

The pastors’ conference with the Global Awakening team was marvelous. My heart was bubbling over with joy. Pastor Tom, Lucas, and Michael were all moving in the power of the Holy Spirit. The teaching on the word of knowledge led to a deeper experience. The 3^rd day’s teaching (I believe it was the 3^rd day) on God’s wonderful power and the relationship between man and God—that was awesome. The final day’s teaching on deliverance was excellent as well. It will be helpful to me, as there are several demonized people who attend my church, and the demons really do hinder our ministry from going forward at times. 

 

Thanks to all the Global team members who came from so far away to teach and pray for us. We have watched them demonstrate the teachings in the evening meetings, and have seen the results of their prayers for the sick. I’m thrilled that such a huge crowd was able to hear the gospel and be prayed for by the team.

I really got a lot out of the four-day pastors’ conference in Eluru, January 27^th-30^th. I liked the way you explained things and how you even took time to answer our questions. The subject of healing is a very necessary one. Actually, I was healed as Tom gave a spontaneous word of knowledge during one of his teachings! I’m anxious to get back and release some of these teachings and the impartation I received into my own churches. I’m sure it will take them to a higher level.

I was touched by many of the things I learned in Eluru. I believe it’s very important for today’s pastors to get ahold of these basic teachings on the gifts of the Holy Spirit so that they can be overcomers and flow in the charismatic giftings that God has given to the Church. I had a wonderful four days in God’s presence. According to Romans 11:33 and Mark 2:1-5, I firmly believe that God intends these gifts for everybody.
